My name is Signa and I teach yoga to inspire inner peace, joy and a life guided by intuition, compassion, inner strength, service and grace. I believe that yoga is a powerful path to personal understanding and healing – using breath, body and sound, you can empower and heal yourself. Designed to destress and uplift you, my teachings center around yogic teachings on movement, breath and sacred sound.

I have studied, practiced and taught yoga since 1988, and been a passionate dancer and musician most of my life. My practice and teachings have focused on Kundalini Yoga as an ancient lineage and a modern-day movement, Iyengar Yoga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Tantra, pranayama, authentic voice, mantra, harmonium, sound medicine and gong. I have a Master’s degree in Teaching, am certified both in Hatha and Kundalini Yoga, and am a Natural Health Educator with certifications in Massage Therapy and Transformational Breathwork. Presently I am passionate about Tantric practice, women’s empowerment, the health of our youth, and being a leader in the “Modern Kundalini” movement.

I believe in love, freedom, living an authentic life, and I am a truth seeker. I believe in living with awareness and staying close to Mother Nature. I will support you to empower the voice of guidance within - your intuition - and teach you about the power and protection of your sensory system, magnetic field and living a natural life in an age of information overload, unrelenting stress and rapid change. I will teach you practices that will strengthen your internal body systems, like your nervous, glandular and immune systems, and empower you with tools for awareness and wellness. Yoga with me will quickly release stress, empower inner guidance, boost immunity, activate self-healing, strengthen your breath capacity, and unleash your creative flow.
